Adverbial Clauses

Adverbial clauses are always dependent and form complex sentences.
What's and adverb? Adverbial phrase? Adverbial clauses?
Adverb: We tried to debug the program yesterday.

Adverbial Phrase: We tried to debug the program on Friday.

Adverbial Clause: We tried to debug the program before the instructor ran it. 

Types of Adverbial Clauses
There are several types of Adverbial Clauses. Here you are a set of examples of the most common:
